1. Program description

TheAgent is a conversational AI assistant. You initiate the service by texting +1 (650) 643-4048, and the service replies to your requests. Recurring messages occur only within conversations you initiated, or through reminders and schedules you explicitly requested — which you can cancel at any time.

2. Opt-in

You consent to receive messages by texting the number first, after viewing the program disclosure on this website or in an advertisement. You can also text START to opt in or re-subscribe.

3. Opt-out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose and not to attempt to abuse, disrupt, or attack the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this page with its effective date.
